With extensive planning, preparation, and unlimited communication ahead of time, we go beyond traditional Day of Coordination and help you manage the logistics, vendors, & details of your special day.

Day of Coordination Package

Initial Consult, Venue Walk Through/Second Consult, Timeline, Ceremony Outline, and Decor Plan Creation,Vendor Confirmations, Point of Contact for Vendors, One Hour Rehearsal Assistance, Unlimited Electronic Support throughout the planning process, & up to 12 Hours On Site Day of Coordination by One Senior Coordinator. We are happy to organize your designated people for set up and clean up, but please consider our add on services so all of your guests can enjoy your special day!


Add on Service: Rental Management

This discounted service adds on to your Day of Coordination Package. We gather up all your rented decor, linens, dishes, glasses, and silverware, inventory the items and prep them for return. Includes one stop to return decor or rentals. Package does not include tables and chairs... please request a quote for the management of these items. Surcharge for weddings over 250.


Add on Service: Full Service Set Up

Let our set up team make your vision come to life. This service is available as a discounted add on to the Day of Coordination Package. Using the decor plan that you and your coordinator have created, our talented set up crew will decorate your venue for you. Includes three team members for up to three hours.


Add on Service: Full Service Clean Up

This discounted add on service let's you and your family end the evening on a high note. Let our Clean Up Crew package your decorations & clean up according to venue standards. Includes one stop to return decor or rentals.

Full Service Planning

Let us plan your wedding... at the initial consult, your vision and budget is established and we handle all the heavy lifting. This is perfect for the client who want the perfect wedding and the fun parts of the planning process, but doesn't have the time or want the stress of addressing all the details of planning. This package includes day of coordination.

Our bartenders are licensed, insured and experienced... just what you need to put your (and your venue owners' minds at ease).

2020 Event Bartending Special

Pick Up of décor from one location ($25 per additional stop) and transport to the venue where our set up crew will decorate according to your specifications

Clean Up:

Venue clean up according to venue standards, and collection and organization of décor, gifts, food, and rentals. Delivery to one location ($50 per additional stop). Note: Furniture rentals & service ware subject to additional charge.


Rental Management:

Pick up and return of all rentals (one location… $50 per additional location). Includes inventorying, packaging, and rinsing of service ware per rental company requirements. Note: Furniture rentals subject to additional charge.
